Job Responsibilities:

• Make connections with potential customers and suggest viable mortgage options
• Track the success of acquired leads and collaborates with the marketing team in reporting lead status
• Collect the required documents needed to secure an application
• Organize all customer data using Point software
• Reviews and understands AUS findings and ensures that supporting borrower documentation matches the 1003
• Works with dedicated Loan Processor to ensure optimum customer service and loan quality

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills
• 4 year degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and wholesale lenders
• Able to handle personal data in a secure and professional manner
• Detail oriented and organized workflow
• At least 5 years prior experience working with realtors

Job Responsibilities:

• Contacting and responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and text. 
• Working with the Marketing Manager to create, edit, and publish specific campaign material including flyers, leaflets, landing pages, blogs, and other web content for the bank.
• Networking with lenders, realtors, builders, and other sources to acquire leads for the bank. 
• Ability to work as a dedicated team member, effectively managing and communicating deadlines and customer information with the rest of the lending department. 
• Maintaining a robust database of consumer and professional contacts, including status updates on needed projects, applications, and required documentation. 
• Assists the Marketing Manager with maintaining dedicated social media channels, including creating content and managing a social media calendar for new and recurring campaigns. 
• Creating targeted email blasts tailored around specific campaigns. 
• Acts as an initial liaison between the customer and designated loan officer.
• Delivers statistical reports with relevant analysis to the Marketing Manager and VP of Lending on a weekly basis. 
• Other duties as designated by the Mortgage and Marketing departments.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• At least 1 year of professional experience involving marketing, strategic communications, public relations or customer service.
• Experience in the mortgage, real estate, or sales industry preferred.
• Extremely solid verbal and non-verbal communication skills, including the ability to write and proofread professional ad copy, emails, product information, and other marketing materials.
• Professional telephone and email etiquette is a must.
