Must have a valid ITIN ( Individual Tax Identification Number ) No SSN required.

2 forms of ID required ( ITIN can be used)

FICO score credit from ITIN 680 or higher ( at least 1 score)

Must have filed 1040 taxes for previous 3 years.

An applicant can have worked for different employers but must have 3-year continuous work history.

A reasonable determination that employment and residency will continue.

Single-family residence – detached only

Delineated MSA  ( Metropolitan Statistical Area)
